TERMS OF SERVICE

AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SAILORFISH EMBROIDERY, LLC
This Terms of Service (“TOS”) applies to all SAILORFISH EMBROIDERY, LLC (“SAILORFISH”) owned and operated Web Sites. This TOS does not apply to the content of third party websites. In the event that any of the terms, conditions, or notices contained herein conflict with the additional terms or other terms and guidelines contained within any particular SAILORFISH site, then these terms shall control.

PURCHASE AND ENROLLMENT TERMS
You are responsible for providing a valid credit card number or account information with available credit at time of purchase. You represent and warrant that you are an authorized user of the credit card or account information. You are responsible for payment of any applicable federal, state, local and city taxes. You are responsible for payment of shipping and handling charges. Taxes and shipping and handling charges may be included on your order invoice depending on your jurisdiction and what has been ordered.

SHIPPING POLICY
For all orders placed in the USA, allow a minimum of 3 days for order processing. If for any reason there is a delay with your order, a customer service representative will contact you via email or by phone. All USA shipments are delivered thru USPS Priority Mail or by UPS upon request. The following is our standard USA shipping timetable for processing: – Orders placed on any business day will be shipped within a minimum of 5 business days. – Orders received on Holidays, Saturday or Sundays will be processed on the next business day and shipped within the minimum of 5 business days.

Address: All orders placed must contain a complete shipping address. In the event that your shipment is returned due to an insufficient address, a customer service representative will contact you via email or phone. Please provide at least 1 form of current contact information in order for us to process your order.

Handling Fee: A handling fee is charged per placed order and the fee is included in the shipping/handling fee.

Canadian Customer orders; Standard shipping rates and delivery times apply to all orders placed outside USA and vary upon location.

Terms of Overseas Export Sales: Available upon request by email.

RETURN POLICY
It is our goal to provide the best quality products to all our customers and we strive for prompt customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return your item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days from proof of purchase date. If credit is required it will be processed in the same form as the original payment type. Please include a copy of your receipt and mail back to us. However the shipping/handling fee is not refundable. Returns will be inspected for quality control and exchanges honored if there were any defects during the assembly process. However, if the product shows any visual signs of tampering scratches or marks the refund and or exchange will be void upon our review and evaluation.

MISCELLANEOUS
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information to SAILORFISH when making a purchase. You agree not to resell any merchandise or services you purchase. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any identification number, key or password (“Identifiers”) with which you are provided. You agree to immediately notify SAILORFISH of any unauthorized use of the above or other breach of security. You are fully responsible for all activities under your Identifiers. SAILORFISH is not responsible for any misuse of your account by someone who uses your Identifiers.
